Driven by an internal compulsion to create, I make art because I have to.

I am inspired by the elements of nature; mountains, trees, rivers and animals, especially the animals.

I enjoy exploring various techniques to find my expression, currently I dabble in paint, collage, clay, and printmaking.

I accept commissions on an individual basis, primarily dependent if I’m traveling or not.

What does the future hold?  I can’t say, but I’m open and ready to what the world presents.

Yes, You See Lots of Dog Art

Oliver

My partner is an avid dog lover and as such, we volunteered at two local Labrador rescues.

Of all the dogs that have rotated in and out of our lives, it was Oliver, a blind black lab who stole my heart.

Always at my feet, ready to model, Oliver inspired my dog art.

He might not have had sight, but he sure had insight.  Oliver taught us to enjoy the simple things, play every day, jump for joy, bark loudly when happy, be loyal, love unconditionally, and live in the moment.

Three years after his departure over Rainbow Bridge and a few canines later, again I found my best friend, or rather he found me. His name is Elliott Boo.
